RELAXED SUPER FUN FIELD WEDDING AT CANTERBURY IN KENT – MARIA AND NICK

IF YOU LOVE GOING TO FESTIVALS THEN YOU’LL FIND SO MUCH INSPIRATION FROM THIS RUSTIC COUNTRY FESTIVAL WEDDING!

Maria and Nick got married at the rustic paddock which belonged to their family, near Canterbury, Kent. It was a super fun Rustic Country Festival wedding, and an ice-cream cart to keep guests entertained.

The Rustic Country Festival wedding

The reception was held in a marquee. The venue is perfect for weddings because it has so many options, and it’s got such a fun vibe, especially in the evenings when the sun goes down.

For the reception, the couple had organised an ice cream cart for their guests, and everyone had so much fun. Guests were then called for food, which was a spitroast – it was delicious. There was a slight sprinkling of rain, which didn't damper anyones spirits! When the sun went down everyone jumped on the vintage steam carousel.

The Evening

After dinner, everyone got straight on the dancefloor, and the dancefloor was packed all evening. Our DJ had all the best tunes. Maria & Nick chose Andrea Bocelli & Katharine McPhee’s Can’t Help Falling in Love as their first dance - which was amazing!

The evening ended with lots of cider and Jagerbombs all round, which was hilarious, and everyone had a great time. The whole Rustic Country Festival wedding was so chilled, from the tractor driving the bride and groom - the gorgeous vintage steam carousel and the fire pit in the evening.
