REAL WEDDING - RELAXED AUTUMN WEDDING AT STONELEES GOLF CLUB, RAMSGATE, KENT – RICKY AND KAT

When Ricky and Kat first got in touch with us about their Stonelees wedding in Ramsgate, we were so happy – they were planning a really fun autumnal wedding with an outdoor ceremony, a bouncy castle and even our photobooth. Ricky and Kat are the loveliest people and we couldn’t wait to be involved in their wedding day!
The wedding
The wedding took place outside in the gazebo, and was a traditional intimate ceremony. They had some beautiful readings, which brought pretty much everyone to tears. After the ceremony they walked down the aisle together and were showered with colourful confetti, and then we went and did some beautiful portraits. while everyone relaxed.
The reception
The wedding reception took place upstairs at Stonelees, which was decorated so beautifully. It was wonderful. Inside we had our sweet cart and our gorgeous 3ft bespoke illuminated love letters.
During the evening reception they had a photobooth, which everyone loved. For the meal they had a hog roast, and it was so yummy. After the meal there were a few speeches, then everyone migrated to the bar and and we escaped for some quick photographs at dusk. They also had one of our professional wedding DJs -Steven, which everyone loved – especially me because the guests all wore the props on the dancefloor. Once the DJ got started everyone headed back into the function room for the cake cut and into the first dance. Kat and Ricky even took over the DJ booth for a few mixes just to show their guests how cool they are!
The couple
Kat and Ricky met years ago, and have a beautiful daughter Robyn, who was so much fun at the wedding. They say if you’re planning a wedding remember to relax.
