Jean and Michael got married last January at the gorgeous Quex Park, which is a modern venue in Birchington, Kent. It was the most beautiful wedding and even the rain didn’t dampen the day!

The reception was in the main hall at the venue. They chose Quex Park because it’s near their home and they just fell in love with it. It was a Winter wedding, which was styled beautifully. We love Quex Park weddings because the team are simply one of the best wedding teams in Thanet.

They had gin and tonics all round in the afternoon, and Steven - one of our Wedding DJs in the evening. Jean & Michael's Wedding was a gorgeous family affair, everyone knew everybody and everyone was there for a huge party. They decorated the venue with wintery decor and gorgeous red roses, because it’s so cosy. This was definitely one of our favourite weddings of the year so far!

The couple met in Margate and have been together for 30 or more years. They got in touch with me in October and their enquiry was really touching. They said they just wanted to party, and I thought it was awesome that they seemed so much fun.

Jean and Michael’s wedding was just the happiest occasion and everything I love about weddings. Here’s their wonderful wedding!
