Paul and Laura got married at the gorgeous Quex Barn, Birchington, Kent, in October. It was a stunningwedding, with pink gin on the tables and Donut stack cake.

Paul and Laura chose to have their wedding at Quex Barn because the light is gorgeous, and the food is incredible. Quex Barn is a new venue, and it’s got a really rustic feel to it, especially in the barn when the room is full of people having a great party.

For the reception, the couple had organised our Photo Booth and a tonne of sweets for their guests, and everyone had a blast – The happy couple chose our professional Wedding DJ - Steven. Everyone was then called in for the first dance, which was Ed Sheeran's Kiss Me. It was so emotional. They had cake cutting before the first dance, which was a great segue to the dancing – when the DJ got the party going. Everyone made use of the photo booth including the props, which everyone loved.

The evening ended with everyone lying around drunk, which was so much fun – everyone grabbed the leftover donuts and took them home. The whole wedding had such a chilled vibe, from the crazy first dance to the wonderful speeches. The barn was the perfect venue for the party that the couple had in mind. One of the best moments of the wedding was the dancing, because everyone got on the floor and boogied the night away. The decor was also a talking point of the wedding – a huge balloon ring with the couples initials hung over the top table and was great.
