Steve and Andrea got married at the gorgeous Botany Bay Hotel, Botany Bay, Broadstairs, Kent, in October. It was a stunningwedding, with shells, flowers and ships on the tables and tealights everywhere.

After the ceremony

Steve and Andrea chose to have their wedding at Botany Bay Hotel because it’s so cosy and relaxed, and the food is incredible. Botany Bay Hotel is an understated hotel, and it’s got a really awesome feel to it, especially at sunset when the sun goes down.

For the reception, the couple had organised our iShare and photo booth and a tonne of sweets in cute buckets and spades for their guests, and everyone had a blast – The happy couple chose our professional Wedding DJ - Steven. Everyone was then called in for a toast, which was absolutely emotional. It was such a great idea. They had cake cutting then followed through with the first dance - Steve and Andrea chose The Power of Love, which was so emotional – We invited the guests to join them half way through - and popped a confetti cannon in purple over everyone.

The evening

After the buffet, guests played in the photobooth, and the party was packed all night. The DJ played all the best songs to get everyone dancing.The guests requested some great songs from the live-mixing DJ, and the dance floor was busy all night long.

The evening ended with the first dance being played as the final dance, which was such a wonderful idea – everyone grabbed their respective partners and danced. The whole wedding had such a chilled vibe, from Bride's fabulous personalised jacket to the personalised photo book from the photo booth. Everyone was able to write a personal message inside accompanying their crazy photograph. One of the best moments of the wedding was the dancing, because everyone got on the floor and boogied the night away. The decor was also a talking point of the wedding – as there was so much detail - the flowers smelt amazing.
